PROFILE
The Danish-born Stine Christa Engel Busk is the entrepreneuse behind the high fashion label Munderingskompagniet. Her creative sense and strong interest in design, textiles and style has led her to start up on her own, both as a stylist and a location manager. She founded Munderingskompagniet in 2005, and works for the label as an autodidactic designer. “I dont really see myself as a designer, I’m more of a designated consumer of quality products,” she comments.

Stine grew up in the Danish countryside and her designs are strongly inspired by Scandinavian nature and outdoor life. The designs are sexy, sophisticated and functional. So that whether you are out strolling in the park or attending a casual soiree, you’ll find yourself comfortable in garments from Munderingskompagniet.

Stines distinct flair for luxury is revealed in her high fashion garments, made using only the most sumptuous materials: Cashmere, Merino wool & washed Italian leather.

Munderingskompagniet is sold in some of the most exclusive boutiques in the world.

COLLECTION SS13
Inspiration for the SS13 collection is gathered from numerous travels to the worlds fashion capitals. The design is kept simple, sophisticated and sexy with a hint of vintage, using the most luxurious pure materials; Washed Italian leather. The Scandinavian nature has been the main source of inspiration in the carefully selected earthly colors. We are also using the factories who have many years of practice. The boots are made in Italy, Spain and Portugal. We are making corporation with Fabio Rusconi, some of the best shoes manufacture in Italy. And Mayura in Spain.

ROYAL BUDDHA
Military jacket M-65 with buddha Avalokiteshvara on the back, sleeves and on pocket. This particular buddha is known by Tibethians to be Dalai Lama's favourite. The buddha is hand embroidered by a few chosen elderly men in India. The delicate work on the jacket takes three weeks which makes each jacket unique.

ROYAL DANISH BALLET
Underwear by Det Kongelige Teater & MUNDERINGSKOMPAGNIET

Sports and underwear series focusing on the contrast between the raw
and the feminine. The collection is kept completely classical and starts
out with five styles; Boxers, panties, a top with narrow straps, a top
with boxer's back and leggings - all in pure cotton with some lycra to
allow ease of movement. And so far restricted to womenswear.
